• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC (identity verification) has not been completed.
• The mobile banking number requested for withdrawal must match the number registered on the account.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses (see Section 07).
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for investigation in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

06 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• The welcome bonus applies once per user only.
• To claim the bonus, the bonus option must be active at the time of deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.

07 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• If the account is closed before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Certain games or bet types may contribute less to wagering progress or may be excluded entirely — contact support for details.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, they must be wagered in sequence as directed by cv776.

08 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded, unless the result has already been confirmed.
• Odds may change instantly for in-play betting. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, cv776 reserves the right to make corrections.
• Winnings will be voided if bets are placed based on match-fixing or insider information.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

cv776 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or risk of fraud.
• At the user's own request (voluntary exit or self-exclusion request).

Upon account closure, valid balances are refundable; however, bonus balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a breach of these Terms.

11 VIP Program and Cashback

cv776 has five VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tiers advance through regular play. Cashback is generally credited to the account at a set time each week. cv776 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

12 Responsible Gambling Policy
